Implant-Supported Dentures for Unmatched Stability and Comfort

Say goodbye to slipping dentures and dietary restrictions. We design custom implant-retained and fixed implant prosthetics that anchor securely to your jaw for a natural, confident smile.

Restore Your Smile with the Power of Dental Implants

Traditional dentures rest on the gums, but over time, natural bone loss can cause them to slip, leading to dietary restrictions and a sunken facial appearance. Implant prosthetics solve this by anchoring your new teeth directly to your jawbone, acting just like natural tooth roots.

At Mountview Denture Clinic, our licensed denturists specialize in the custom design, fabrication, and fitting of implant-supported and implant-retained dentures. Please note: While we do not perform the surgical placement of the titanium implants ourselves, we work closely with trusted oral surgeons and dental implant specialists to ensure your surgical and prosthetic phases are seamlessly coordinated. Once your implants are healed, we craft the custom prosthetic teeth that snap or screw onto them, giving you the stability to eat, speak, and smile without worry.

best dentist award - denture category

Recognized for Excellence in Denture Care

Mountview Denture Clinic was proudly recognized with Dr. Marketing’s Best Dentist Award 2025 – Denture Category, an award that highlights clinics demonstrating exceptional patient care, advanced prosthetic solutions, and outstanding treatment outcomes.

This recognition reflects our commitment to creating natural-looking, comfortable complete dentures tailored to each patient’s needs. Our team continues to focus on modern fabrication techniques, precision craftsmanship, and compassionate care to help patients smile, speak, and eat with confidence again.

Choose the Right Implant Solution for Your Lifestyle

Whether you want a removable snap-in option for easy cleaning or a permanent fixed bridge, we collaborate with your surgeon to design the perfect prosthetic for your unique anatomy and budget.

Implant-Retained (Snap-In) Overdentures

A highly cost-effective upgrade from traditional dentures. Using 2 to 4 dental implants, we attach specialized “locators” to your jaw. Your custom denture is then designed with corresponding snaps that click securely into place. They are highly stable, prevent bone loss, but remain removable by you for easy nightly cleaning.

Fixed Implant Bridges (All-on-4 / All-on-X)

For patients seeking a permanent, non-removable solution. Using 4, 6, or more strategically angled implants, we design a full arch of high-strength prosthetic teeth (often using zirconia or premium acrylic) that is screw-retained directly to the implants. This provides the closest possible feel to natural teeth, with zero slipping and maximum chewing power.

Implant Locators & Attachments

The critical hardware that connects your denture to your implants. We carefully select and integrate the right locator attachments (such as Locator abutments or ball snaps) based on your jaw anatomy and bite force. These components ensure a precise, snug fit while allowing for the natural micro-movements of your gums during chewing.

Your Journey to a Secure Smile: The Implant Process

Getting implant dentures is a collaborative process between our denturists and your surgical team. We guide you through every phase to ensure a seamless transition from surgery to your final smile.

Consultation & Surgical Referral

We evaluate your oral health, take 3D scans and impressions, and discuss your goals. If you are a candidate for implants and do not yet have a surgeon, we can refer you to our trusted network of dental implant specialists for the surgical phase.

Implant Placement & Healing

Your oral surgeon places the titanium implants into your jawbone. This requires a healing period of 3 to 6 months for osseointegration (the process where the bone fuses securely to the implant). During this time, we can provide a temporary transitional prosthesis if needed.

Prosthetic Design & Impressions

Once your surgeon confirms the implants are fully healed, you return to our clinic. We take precise impressions of the implant positions, select your tooth shade and shape, and record your bite to custom-design your final overdenture or fixed bridge.

Final Attachment & Fitting

We attach the custom prosthetic to your implants. For snap-in dentures, we ensure the locators click securely but can be easily removed for cleaning. For fixed bridges, we verify the bite and aesthetics before the final screw-retention.

Frequently Asked Questions About Denture Implants

No, our licensed denturists do not perform the surgical placement of the titanium implants into the jawbone. We specialize exclusively in the custom design, fabrication, and fitting of the prosthetic teeth that attach to those implants. We work closely with trusted oral surgeons and dental implant specialists to ensure your surgical and prosthetic phases are perfectly coordinated.
Implant-retained dentures (overdentures) “snap” onto 2 to 4 implants using special attachments. They are highly stable but can be removed by you at home for cleaning. Implant-supported dentures (like an All-on-4 fixed bridge) are typically screw-retained to 4 or more implants. They are permanently fixed in place by the dentist, do not come out at night, and offer the highest level of chewing power and stability.
The plastic or nylon wear components inside the implant locators undergo friction every time you snap your denture in and out. Depending on your bite force and how well you maintain them, these snap-in attachments typically need to be replaced by our clinic every 12 to 18 months to ensure your denture remains tight and secure.
